*The Beach House is available as either a three bedroom or four bedroom vacation beach rental house.

The Beach House was built in 1993 to fit the beach environment in the traditional Hawaiian architectural style.  Every room has breath taking views of Kailua Beach, the Pacific Ocean, Ulupa'u Crater and the Mokulua Islands.

Large glass windows and patio doors open onto a 1310 square foot wrap around lanai.  The Beach House in on Kailua Beach (consistently chosen among the best beaches in the U.S.) and well divided to provide maximum privacy for each bedroom.

The Beach House provides three bedrooms with large windows that look out at stunning ocean views.  Everything for biking, hiking, swimming, sun bathing, snorkeling, boogie boarding, kayaking and sailing is on site.  Available nearby, you'll find equipment for windsurfing, parasailing, kitesurfing, outrigger canoeing, sailing, fishing, horseback riding and golfing.

There are large living areas with panoramic views of Kailua Bay and CD, DVD, Stereo and Cable TV.  The full kitchen is equipped with microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, utensils and a washer dryer.
